Prizes and Awards
Winners in each category will receive a certificate and USD 500 cash prize.

How to Submit
Submit the following materials as attachments in a single email to IEEEPELS.TC12@gmail.com with the subject line “Poster Submission – [Track] – [Presenting Author Name]”.
- Poster (A1 size, PDF format, max. 20 MB)
- Abstract with up to 5 keywords (PDF or Word, max. 300 words)
- Author list (Names, Affiliations, Countries, Emails)
- Career stage of the presenting author (e.g. undergraduate student, master’s student, PhD student, postdoc, professor, or industry professional)
- (optional) 3-minute presentation video link (only required if you want to be considered for Best Presentation Award – please use cloud-based channels such as OneDrive, YouTube, Dropbox, etc. and ensure the link is accessible without special permission)
Submission Deadline: 10 October 2025
The award winners will be announced at the IEEE Energy Conversion Conference and Expo (ECCE) 2025 TC 12 Annual Meeting on 20 October 2025 at Philadephia, PA, USA.
