Activities
TC 2 organizes the following event:
- IEEE International Workshop on Power Supply On Chip (PwrSoC): This biennial workshop addresses a range of technologies, covers modular and granular electronic power converters for multiple applications, and focuses on integrating electrical power converters for various applications. The complete integration on-die and integration within a package are of prime interest.
Awards: TC 2 administers the IEEE PELS Technical Achievement Award for Integration and Miniaturization of Switching Power Converters to recognize outstanding technical contributions from innovators and researchers who advance power electronics circuits, components, devices, or systems toward a higher level of integration or miniaturization of switching power converters.
Traveling Lecturer Program: This program facilitates lectures by eminent and emerging PELS members at host institutions and local Chapter or Section events that broadly disperse knowledge and increase interaction between PELS members.
