CFP: Wireless Power Week (WPW2022)

Dear Wireless Power Community Members,

The paper submission deadline for IEEE Wireless Power Week (WPW2022) has been extended to Friday, February 4, 2022. The submission instructions can be found at:

WPW is the largest wireless power event in the world, and will be jointly held with the Energy Harvesting Summit this year. We have an engaging social, student, and industry program planned, and an outstanding lineup of speakers covering some of the most exciting developments in the field:

Professor Ali Hajimiri (Caltech) on space-based solar power
Professor Johann D. Kolar (ETH Zurich) on next-generation near-field transfer
Professor John A. Rogers (Northwestern) on bio-integrated electronics.

We are planning for WPW2022 to be held in person in Bordeaux, France from July 4-9 to make up for the lost time together, although the final decision will depend on the circumstances closer to the conference date. The events will include:

The IEEE WPW Conference (July 6-8)
WPW Expo, a gathering of over a dozen international companies in the wireless power field (July 7-8)
The Energy Harvesting Summit (July 7)
The IEEE Global Student Wireless Power Competition (July 6)
Wireless Power School (July 4-8)
Industry Certified Engineer Program (July 9)
JNRSE, the French national conference on micro-energy capture and storage (July 8)
"Wireless power in the evening", with industry keynotes and mentoring session (July 6)

We look forward to receiving your initial manuscript submissions.

Best Regards,
WPW2022 Organizing Committee
