CFP: PEDG June 2019 - Xi’an, China
The 2019 IEEE 10th International Symposium on Power Electronics for Distributed Generation Systems (PEDG 2019) will be held June 3rd - 6th, 2019 in Xi’an, China. PEDG 2019 will feature both industry-driven and application-oriented technical sessions as well as expositions. This event will bring together practicing engineers, researchers and other professionals for interactive and multidisciplinary discussions on the latest advances in power electronics for distributed generation, energy storage, and sustainable sources.
Technical papers are solicited on any subject pertaining to the scope of the symposium that includes, but is not limited to the following major topics:
‐ New power converters and controls for wind, solar PV, CHP, etc
‐ High efficiency power conversion for sustainable sources
‐ Grid integration using solid state transformers and medium voltage DC distribution
‐ Islanding detection, protection and standards of DG systems
‐ Power electronics for battery, super-capacitor, and hybrid energy storage systems
‐ Power electronics for charging and operation of electric and hybrid electric vehicles
‐ Energy management, optimal sizing of energy storage for peak shaving, intermittency mitigation etc.
‐ Microgrids and nanogrids with grid interconnected and islanded operation
‐ Distributed generation power electronics and electric power quality
‐ Power semiconductor modules development for distributed generation
All papers presented at PEDG 2019 will appear on IEEE Xplore and be listed in Ei Compendex.
• January 18th, 2019 Extended abstract submission
• March 22nd, 2019 Notification of acceptance
• April 26th, 2019 Final papers
