2010 3rd Quarter Newsletter Now Available!

From the Editor

This is my fourth issue as Editor of the PELS Newsletter and it seems I have successfully completed my first year - so far, so good.  I' like to take this milestone to thank the staff at IEEE too many to name, for their work in transforming the inevitable mismash of files I send them into the fine publication you now hold in your hands or, increasingly, see on your computer monitor.  I appreciate their patience and assistance as I have gone down the learning curve.  Read More..
